This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-04-T-5010, Request for Quotation. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, 18860 E Breckenridge Ave, Bldg 801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is requesting manufacture of HAS Missile Racks IAW USAF Drawings X20015111, which will be provided to prospective vendors. All drawing specifications shall be met to include the following: Square Tubes will be 2 1/2" x 2-1/2"x 3/16 wall (A500 Gr. B) for verticle posts, horizontal missile supports. All holes will be provided. Full penetrations welds. Angle frame base wil be 4'cx4'x 1/4" (A33) mild steel with miter cuts and holes and 3"x3"x1/4" brace connective angle. All fasteners as listed on drawings withthe exception of floor connection. 2" thick polythylene foam plank(missile rests) with 1/8" tolerance with cutting and holes threaded where noted. All grip cambuckle strap (605C-2F) using the following: 1" black pebble weave webbing Part#20625X1 with a 4500 il break strength. cambuckle STK#2500605 break strength will be 1500 il ratings are equal or greater than noted. Finishes will be SP 6 with sandblast, epoxy primer and urethane (Top Coat) with gothic letters provided. Exclusions: non-skid surface for rungs.
