NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: COLORADO AIR NATIONAL GUARD SEEKS TO PURCHASE AND MANUFACTURE OF HAS MISSILE RACK ASSEMBLIES. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-04-T-5010, Request for Quotation. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, 18860 E Breckenridge Ave, Bldg 801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is requesting manufacture of 12 (Twelve) HAS Missile Racks IAW USAF Drawing series X20015110-10, which will be provided to prospective vendors. Please note the drawings contain a –10 version and a –30 version, this solicitation is for the –10 version only. All drawing specifications shall be strictly met with the following exception: The finish color is to be fire engine red instead of green. Any other deviation in design or materials must be approved by this office. The specified load test is to be performed by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will certify that the finished product meets the specified load capacity and will warrant the racks for 1 year from the date of delivery to include the cost of shipping.
