The Government Printing Office requires the following items, Exact Match Only, to the following:
LI 001, AGFA N90A Plates 27 1/4 x 38 1/2 .012 Thick, 600 each per skid. Contractor shall deliver the first shipment of 4200 plates by November 1, 2007. The balance of this item will be delivered in increments of 4200 plates every 60 days thereafter or as needed unless change of schedule is authorized by the Contracting Officer. In addition, the contractor will also be responsible for properly storing 1200 plates, which shall be available for immediate shipment upon notification of requirement by the Contracting Officer. , 14000, EA;

For this solicitation, Government Printing Office intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Government Printing Office is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.
