UNICOR intends to enter into a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements type contract forFile frames for FCC Allenwood, PA., Texarkana TX, Sheridan OR., Forrest City, AR., Ashland Ky. Solicitation number is FN1179-04 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). Specifications, estimated quantity and unit of measure will be Available in solicitation document. Delivery is 30 days for initial delivery order and 14 days after receipt of each subsequent delivery order. The minimum delivery order quantity will also be listed in the solicitation. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
