This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, however complete Line Items can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil Requirements are for: 2,384 Feet Steel Tube, Seamless, 1020 Cold Finished, Stress Relieved, 4.500 OD X 3.500 ID ( .500 Wall) to be furnished in multiples of 44 1/8 inch per ASTM A519 AND 1,112 Feet Steel Tube, Alloy 4130 Seamless, Cold Finish Round 4.00 OD X 2.75 ID (.625 Wall) per ASTM A519 Delivery capabilities will be evaluated more heavily than price.
