Sole Source Intent. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Laser Technologies Co. (LTC) 6742 185th Ave NE Suite 300 Redmond, WA 98052. This contract will be for a 155mm Dual Detector Sensor and a 105mm Bore Erosion Measurement System. The Dual Detector Sensor and the Bore Erosion Measurement is used to support the cannon tube inspection and measurement capabilities for mission requirements. These items must be compatible with existing LTC software and hardware equipment being used at YPG. LTC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and holds proprietary data rights on the existing system being used at YPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13.
