The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-06-RP-0082 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination, 3,000 blank marble columbarium niche covers for Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. Marble columbarium niche covers ordered under delivery orders against this contract shall be completed and delivered to Rutland Marble & Granite, 680 East Hubbardton, Road, Castleton, VT 05735 within twenty-one (21) calendar days after notification of Government approval of samples. Samples must be supplied to Memorial Programs Service (MPS) if vendor has not previously supplied blank marble columbarium niche covers to the VA. For vendors that have supplied blank marble columbarium niche covers to the VA, certification must be provided showing contract number, cemetery (if applicable) and copy of sample approval letter from MPS within the past 24 months. If the vendor will use marble from a different quarry than when a previous sample was submitted, then the vendor must supply a sample from that quarry. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees.
