The U. S. Government Printing Office intends to procure 260 rolls of Film, Cat. AGFA Qoch Spec 952, 24 inches by 200 feet, Cure Dated Konica 6640 Tetrastige EO and 100 each Developer, plate AGFA EB231C, Cat. #KWYDP00 in 5 gallon cubes. AGFA is currently the only qualified product therefore quotations will only be considered from AGFA distributors. Interested suppliers, who offer other than AGFA products, must call or e-mail the Contracting Officer for specifications and sample requirements to become qualified for future requirements. The Government desires a 30 calendar day delivery for each item. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, to the responsible quoter (offeror) whose price quotation is conforming to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest price quotation. All responsible sources shall submit a FOB destination quotation and if timely received shall be considered. Your returned proposal shall include the first page, FOB destination prices, the delivery timeframe and the Certification and Representations and any page that requires written information to be provided by the quoter. POTENTIAL QUOTERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS RFQ AND AMENDMENTS (IF ANY) FROM THIS WEB SITE. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
