The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. IFB 786-121-05 for the following services: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to manufacture and deliver, F.O.B. Destination within Consignee_s Premises, in accordance with the drawings, specifications, terms and conditions of the contract, Type U1 Upright Marble Headstones (13_ x 42_ x 4_) to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017, from the date of award through twelve months with three twelve-month option periods. An estimated 1,500 headstones per year for an estimated combined total of 6,000 headstones will be acquired during the life of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.
