The FAA intends to procure the Annual Support and License for Legacy ADA, OATS Project License & ASIS Toolkit in support of the FAA's Display Systems Replacement(DSR)system. It is the Governments position to procure these services using the sole source acquisition process. OC Systems Inc. is identified as the sole source provider. Contractors that beleive they have the capabilities to supply the aforementioned service should respond and provide detailed documentation to support their capabitilities.
