The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-09-RP-0159 for the following service: The contractor shall be required for Blank Columbarium Niche Covers made from Gray Granite, within thirty (30) calendar days following the date the order was issued. Potential offerors will submit, at contractor expense, a sample representative of the work to be done, the sample should be in accordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. This sample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees.
