The USDA,ARS,MSA has a requirement to procure a Boiler, 1,750.000 btu/hr (Cleaver-Brooks Water Tube Boiler or equal) including the following scope of work: 1) Replace old Boiler with new per specification. 2) Install a 40-gallon electric/gas water heater for the purpose of potable hot water. 3) Dispose of all unused piping to the existing boiler system. 4) Connect the existing "Trane" monitoring system to the new boiler system.This is a combined synopsis for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6.
