This project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of asphalt parking lots, guardhouses, tree removal, and security fencing. New construction includes a new guardhouse, parking area, curb and gutter work, fencing, reconfiguration of the facility entrance and electrical prep work for lighting and cameras. Solicitation package will be available on or about April 7 and a mandatory site visit will follow approximately 2 weeks later. Successful contractor (and subs) will be required to pass an extensive security process for entrance to the facility. The Denver ARTCC is a critical, 24 hour/7 day per week facility.
