The contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment necessary to properly take draperies down from existing hardware, professionally clean and re-hang draperies back on existing hardware. This job will consist of 780 sets of draperies located in ten dormitories. There are 420 rooms with single pleated panels, 144 rooms with double pleated panels, and 216 rooms with double flat panels. The drapes are approximately 55� long and made of a synthetic material with black out lining. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for very small business concerns under NAICS code 812320. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a very small business concern, the acquisition for very small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be set-aside for small business.
