The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Plant Protection and Quarantine Plum Pox Program, Carlisle, PA., intends to procure Durviz PPV ELISA Kits. The Government intends to contract this procurement with AgDia, Inc. The Government knows of no other source and believes this procurement is propriety to AgDia. Government intends to solicit/negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.302-2. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of $48,000. This is not a request for proposals and there is no solicitation available. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested firms should submit in writing, their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size, a brief statement regarding capability to provide the specified procurement, and points of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided this type of procurement.
