Air Force Research Lab Human Effectiveness Directorate, Warfighter Readiness Division (AFRL/HEA), in Mesa, AZ has a requirement for engineering and design support for the Indirect Fire-Forward Air Support Training (IFACT) System. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the AFRL in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SDS International for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. SDS Int?l owns all source code and data for IFACT. AFRL/HEA?s requirement is to extend existing architecture with the IFACT system. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
