We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, a GPS Simulator for an existing GPS Simulator, to Spirent Federal System, Inc., 22345 La Palma Ave STE 105, Yorba Linda, CA 92887-3808. This GPS Simulator will be linked to the exis ting system already in place as part of the overall improvement for White Sands Missile Range, and is the only GPS Simulator compatible with the system already in place.
