RFQ 786-28-03 Granite Niche Covers for Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide 960 blank granite columbarium niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery, Route #1, Box #145, Jacksonville, Missouri 65260. Sample niche covers will be required within 10 days of date of award. Niche covers will be required within 30 days of Government approval of the submitted samples. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Mark Sanderson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about 21 October 2002.
