This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Accomplishment of the results contained in this solicitation requires work at designated HIARNG unit locations and at contractor location. Government workdays are specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when HIARNG soldiers report for duty. Soldiers typically work eight (8) hours per day with one hour lunch. Core hours of work are from 0800 to 1600 daily. All Soldiers are expected to be available during core hours.

Contractor will coordinate and fit soldiers at designated unit location, the following cities are the intended locations of fitting:

Kapolei, HI
Pearl City, HI
Mililani, HI
Wheeler Army Airfield, HI
Hilo, HI
Kona, HI
Island of Kauai
Island of Maui

Requirement/service includes Government Furnished Property. During initial fitting, the contractor will collect government property to include uniform items and patches as described in attachment B. At which time, the contractor will be accountable for all items until returned to and signed for, by an identified, authorized government person.
