The Government intends to procure 30 deluxe rooms, meals, a conference room with audio visual support, and an English/Russian Translator for the period of 26 Sep 04 through 1 Oct 04. The hotel shall be located in the downtown area of Norfolk, VA and shall be within 1-2 block of the Nauticus, Waterside and the USS Wisconsin. The hotel shall be rated a 4 or a 5 star in today's hotel industry. The hotel shall provide parking, work out facilities and a swimming pool. The hotel shall provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. The Hotel shall empty the mini bars or they shall be locked and the pay per view movie services shall be blocked or turned off for each room.
