The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-06-RP-0076 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the inscription of veteran's interment data on marble columbarium niche covers for the Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518 from the date of award through September 30, 2006 with three twelve-month option periods thereafter. An estimated combined total of 5,850 niche covers will be acquired during the life of contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. The Government will furnish blank marble niche covers to the contractor for the purpose of this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for packaging and delivery of niche covers for shipment to the destination point at the national cemetery shown in Riverside CA. Riverside National Cemetery will require seventeen (17) types of inscriptions. In all cases, the niche covers provided to contractor will be blank. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Specifications/Statement of Work, 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.
