The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RP-0193 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, and materials necessary to provide F.O.B. Destination 13,600 marble niche inscriptions for the National Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. The period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2011. This includes base year and three option years. Marble inscriptions covered under this contract shall be completed and/or delivered to the National Cemetery of the Pacific within twenty (20) calendar days following the date the order was issued by the Contracting Officer. One (1) sample must be supplied no later than closing date to Memorial Program Services (MPS), Washington DC. This acquisition is 100% set aside for service disables veteran owned small businesses. Proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the descending relative importance of past performance, technical qualifications and price. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees.
