Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the inscription of marble niche covers for Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. Contract covers base period of November 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 (base period), with up to three 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2009 in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. Contractor will be responsible for: pick up; packaging sufficient to prevent damage during shipment and handling; inscribing; and returning niche covers to cemetery. Inscriptions must be completed within 20 calendar days of receipt of order. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 and a size standard of $6 M are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation. The RFQ solicitation document will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about August 10, 2005. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
