Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide a concession within the Holloman AFB Fitness center for a period of one year beginning 1 May 2003 and ending 29 Feb 2004. The Contractor will pay the NAFI a guarantee of percent of all gross monthly sales, minus any sales tax per month, for the right to operate a Juice and Nutrition Bar inside the Holloman Fitness and Sports Center. Payment for the guarantee will be due and payable by the fifth (5th) day every month. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award (ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
