The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to purchase 300 each Law Enforcement Command Boards ® and 300 each shipping for Command Boards ®. We will do an IDIQ contract. We will purchase the first 50 Command Boards® with an estimate order of 250 more boards based on student enrollment. This will be a contract with a 5 year option. This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation for commercial items. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Estimated delivery date shall be specified on the quote. Delivery to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Shipping and Receiving, 2400 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31524. FAR Clauses 52.252-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. See attached Request for Quotation for applicable contract clauses. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the Provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. All FAR clauses and provisions can be found at www.arnet.gov/far. Vendor must also provide their Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
