The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Armament, Research, Development and Engineering Center (REDCOM-ARDEC), is seeking sources that can provide maintenance to Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) and the SDT Q600. The vendors shall be capable of supplying maintenance to include but not limited to the following: unlimited repair visits, 10% discount on all consumable parts and supplies, unlimited access to extensive library of e-Training courses, Concentric Cylinder Peltier Jackets coverage, AR Pressure Cell coverage, yearly performance maintenance visit to insure optimum operation of the equipment, and free tuition to regularly scheduled applications training courses. The source must have the capability to provide all labor, manpower, travel and parts to perform these services at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and provide information of previous experience related to this type of work.
