Q1) Was the Ryko R168 car wash system an automatic one?
A1) Yes.
Q2) More specs are needed for the Syn-Tech Fuel Master System- is there a gas station next to the car wash?
A2) Yes, but a system is located in the wash rack.
Q3) What are the specs for the existing 115VAC electrical supply?
A3) 300-Amp Panel 208V/120
Q4) What are the walls and ceiling constructed of?
A4) Cement
Q5) Is there an equipment room beside each wash bay, or is equipment sharing each wash bay? How far away?
A5) One bay is being used and one equipment room. It is located off the bay through a standard door way.
Q6) What voltage/amperage/phase is available for each wash? What brand of breakers is used?

Q7) Are there any existing wall mounted bay meter boxes for each bay to change selections?
A7) No
Q8) How many different functions or selections do you prefer for each bay?

Q9) Will a spot-free âreverse osmosisâ rinse be required as a function?

Q10) Is water softened or is it straight tap water?

Q11) Is the 3000W submersible heater existing or do we supply?
A11) Contractor will supply.
Q12) Are building layout blueprints available?
A12) Yes. Available from Civil Engineering upon request.(Pluming/Electrical/Floor Plan)
Q13) Does the disassembly and removal of the old system need to be done in a way that allows the old system to be reusable?
A13) Yes, we would like the disassembly to be done in a way that could allow possible reuse.
Q14) Do you have a contact name and number for the manufacturer of the car wash pay system?

Q15) Will there be any chance of using government provided equipment to remove the existing car wash system from the building to the adjacent parking lot?
A15) No. All equipment needed for removal will be provided by the contractor.
