RFQ 786-43-03 Marble Columbarium Niche Covers for Arlington National Cemetery Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide 7,800 blank marble columbarium niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia 22211. Sample niche covers will be required within 10 days of date of award. Niche covers will be required within 30 days of Government approval of the submitted samples. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Mark Sanderson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted.
