This requirement is for the Library of Congress to obtain a full service "Performance Based Contract" for the custodial (janitorial) operations within the collection wing of the NAVCC facility at Culpepper, Virginia.The Contractor shall be required to provide interior and exterior custodial and related services. The subject Solicitation is hereby amended to extend the time for closing to September 23, 2005, at 2:00 PM.(Friday),to allow time for a walk through/site visit of the facility in Culpepper, VA. September 20, 2005 (Tuesday) has been set aside for the walk through between the hours of 9AM and 2:00 PM.
