The project consists of demolition of the two-story portion of the building, and an addition at the first level of this building including incidental related mechanical, electrical, including architectural work. This requirement also includes civil and landscape work. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) number is 233320 and the size standard is $28.5 million. The period of performance shall be 120 calendar days after the receipt of the notice to proceed.
This procurement was already advertised throughout the period between March 15 and March 21, 2002. Several responses were obtained and those potential offerors need not resubmit the request for this particular solicitation. This announcement is given to indicate that this procurement is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The date for the site visit will be indicated in the Screening Information Request (S.I.R.) Document when issued.
