The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, Pictinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a modification to contract W15QKN-07-D-0016 to increase the contract maximum by $46,500,000 from $76,350,683 to $122,850,683. This action will enable the Government to procure additional Non-Lethal Capabilites Sets to meet the HQDA Directed Requirement. This action will be completed on a sole-source basis to Aardvark Tactical, Inc., Azusa, CA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
