The contracting office and place of contract performance: is named Serrato Corporation dba/Cleveland Job Corps and we are soliciting bid cost proposals for Pest Control Services from local vendors in the state of Ohio at the Cleveland Job Corps facility located at 13421 Coit Rd. Cleveland, OH 44110.

These services may include any type of flying, crawling pest/bug spraying, mouse trapping, inspection and spraying of bed bugs if needed, activity reports if required, common flying insects and other indoor bugs/pests spraying with schedules that may include monthly, quarterly and other services as assigned and requested for 440 students housed in 3 dorms consisting of 108 rooms and 378 beds and 216 dressers, First and Secod floor common areas of the dorms including approximately 10 couches, 150 chairs, 30 tables and 6 staff offices and other staff in buildings as mentioned above in their offices, as required.

The spraying will be performed on a regular set schedule at the address listed above in buildings that include onsite: Cafe, Rec Hall, 3 dormitories, Administration Building, Warehouse, Education Building, Wellness Center, and 4 Trade Buildings, restrooms, classrooms and offices as assigned.

Please note:All M.S.D.S. sheets and chemicals used now or in future must be described in the RFP  and included as required by law. All certificates of insurance, liability, Workman's comp must be current and updated and included in your bid packet or they will be not accepted and disqualified.
