This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Neopost USA Company, 478 Wheeler Farms Road Milford, CT 06461, to provide postage for Hasler meter rentals (existing contract W911YP-11-P-0046) located at Utah Army National Guard Headquarters, Draper Utah and Camp Williams, Riverton Utah. Anticipated period of performance: 1 October 2013 to 31 March 2017.

No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated in the attached Justification and Approval, may submit a response; which, if received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
