The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation numberVA786-09-RP-0089 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish Blank Marble Upright Headstones to Government for Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal Bldg. 118, Rock Island, Illinois 61299 from Date of Award through September 30, 2009 (base period) with up to three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract if options are exercised through September 30, 2013. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the blank headstones to the Cemetery within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer.
