The U.S.Government Printing Office has a requirement to purchase a fully automatic Model #A26-A Shanklin Shrink Wrapping System or equal which includes automatic L-sealer and Model T-6H Shrink tunnel and Output Conveyor. The machine encloses the printed materials with plastic film applies heat to shrink plastic film and delivers to output feed conveyor. The final product shall be strong and firm without any movement of inside materials. The whole process shall be fully automatic except putting material into an infeed conveyor by the operator. The overall machine dimension, when assembled, shall not exceed 4 feet in width and 25 feet long. The automatic system shall have the following characteristics: Maximum product size 14 inches x 20 inches, Minimum product length 1-1/2 inches, Maximum product height 5 inches, Maximum production per minute is 30. The delivered machine shall make shrink wrapped packages within any size specified above. Offer shall quote F.O.B. destination (shipping and handling charges included in price).
