The FAA intends to award a purchase order on a single source basis to Optimal Satcom, Inc. for Training on COMPLAN Software. A competitive solicitation is unavailable for this effort. The requirement is being processed using limitation of sources to a single source due to proprietary nature of software as provided for under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Sections 3.2.2.2 and 3.2.2.4 Any questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or to Pat Workman, 1601 Lind Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057, prior to April 7, 2010.
