Solicitation for Soft drink and Beverage Contract
Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for equipment, service calls, repair, maintenance, replacement of dispensing products and all supplies to dispense soft drink and juice products a high volume student cafeteria and lower volume dining area located at Treasure Island, San Francisco. All interested parties will have to submit a pricing program and proposal with a written
response via email (
[email protected]) or by fax, 415-705-1839, or by USPS or other acceptable delivery methods, by the close of business day on 01/23/2004. The successful bidder must comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and be compliant under al related federal statutory requirements and regulations.
Scope of Work and Specifications for Soft Drink Contract
Scope of Work
1. Provide equipment, service calls, repair, maintenance, and replacement of dispensing products, syrups, CO2, and all supplies to dispense products.
2. Delivery between the hours of 6-7 am during weekdays
3. Maintenance and repair service calls on site within a 24 hour period after vendor notification
4. Same day corrections if the order is wrong (if the mistake is by the vendor)
5. One contact person for orders
6. One contact person for repairs and service calls
7. Account Manager must provide cell and business phone numbers and the name and phone numbers of back up manager in the event the primary manager is not available
8. All equipment, service, repairs, and parts will be at no cost to Vendee and will be new, not used, or refurbished.
9. Vendee has choice of fountain equipment and number of fountain heads
10. Vendor will relocate the existing bags, CO2, tubes, and racks to a pre-approved location at no cost to vendee
11. Popular flavors will be doubled up and dispensed from two fountain heads
12. Vendor will supply a one stop shop, one invoice, for products, including CO2
13. Vendor will check CO2 supply during delivery and re-supply as needed
14. One day turn around on orders
15. Vendee will be treated as commercial retailer and entitled to all programs accorded to high volume retailers
16. Rebates on products
17. Vendee will provide Marketing and Promotional dollars or products or other applicable items or services
18. Best pricing will be in place
19. Pricing is set for 12 month period, subject to reasonable price increases across the board for all Vendorsâ customers
20. A 30 day notice is required for price changes
21. Banners/signs and other items for special occasions, with Vendorâs logo, etc
22. Any subcontractors must be identified and submitted with the bid and must be approved by the Vendee
23. Vendor may provide guest speakers or allow tours of facilities for students
24. Vendee is eligible for retail incentives or marketing programs
