The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide all labor, parts, materials, lodging, transportation, and supervision necessary to pick-up infectious waste one (1) day per week on Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the VA Medical Center (Brecksville Division) 10.000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 and (Wade Park Division) 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 on Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.. This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hubzone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 562219 ($11.5M per Annum). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
