The United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Program in Sierra Leone through the Mission in Guinea, solicits applications from any U.S. or non-U.S. non-profit or for-profit nongovernmental organization or Public International Organization (PIO or IO) to engage with USAID/ Sierra Leone Program in a Cooperative Agreement. The purpose is to implement activities under USAID/Sierra Leoneâs Special Objective that addresses the strengthening of democratic governance in Sierra Leoneâs targeted districts of Kono, Kailahun, Koinadugu Districts and Tongo Fields in Kenema District.
