The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole-source procurement to Core Software Technology. NGA has a requirement for the following items: TerraSoar 5.5 Professional Enterprise (Qty 13) Annual Preferred Maintenance for TerraSoar Professional Enterprise (Qty 13) Core Software Technology is the only known source that could meet the requirements of this purchase. This is a synopsis of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items. The authority for sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1(a), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Responsible sources that are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their ability to provide the product.
