This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide production support for the Arlington National Cemetery150th Anniversary Event. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all production support for the Arlington National Cemetery 150th Anniversary Event as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This event will mark the 150th Anniversary of dedication of Arlington Cemetery. The event will be held at Arlington National Cemetery's Amphitheater, located behind the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This event will render full honors to include wreath laying ceremonies, commemorative speeches from high level official dignitaries, stage performances. The entire ceremony will be web streamed as well as broadcast around the world.
