This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a BPA to BT Collins for long term lodging needs. The BPA will be set up with 1 base year and 4 option years. The BPA will require approximately 10 single rooms and 140 multiperson rooms. Rooms will be utilized on the third weekend of each month. Lodging must be located on post within 2 miles of the BT Collins Army Lodging facility. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendo rs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than December 13, 2006 before 2:00pm PST. Quote may be submitted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
