The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the purchase of twelve InVenture Technologies iSOC units. The order will be issued to Performance Technologies, Inc., 337 Hunters Crossing, Tallahassee, Florida. The iSOC unit is a patented technology manufactured by inVenture Technologies and distributed in the southeastern United States by Performance Technologies. The iSOC is a mass transfer device that will dissolve any gas into a liquid through saturation. It can fit inside a 2" well and uses a compressed gas cylinder, which does not require power. The iSOC is the only product that has been identified to meet the requirements of the Corrective Action Plan for the groundwater remediation downgradient for FBSB-68, Closed Landfill 6 at Fort Benning, Georgia. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
