The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) intends to award a sole source contract under authority FAR 8.405-6 (b) (1) Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work, to Uniformed Services Almanac, 6231 Leesburg Pike Suite L2, Falls Church, VA 22044. Uniformed Services Almanac will provide the OCAR with copies of the Army Reserve Almanac. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price contract. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no Request for Proposal available for competitive proposals.
