The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting bids under Solicitation No. IFB 786-213-04 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to manufacture and deliver, F.O.B. Origin, Contractor’s Facility, in accordance with the drawings, specifications, terms and conditions of the contract, Type XA Upright Marble (Old Style) Headstones with Raised Lettering (12” x 42” x 4”) and Type XB Upright Marble (Old Style) Headstones with Raised Lettering (13” x 42” x 4”) from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 (base period) with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2007. An estimated 1,800 headstones per type for an estimated combined total of 3,600 headstones will be acquired during the life of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.
