The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires (1) each of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software and training that would meet our design analysis requirements and would be compatible with Solid Edge CAD design and model geometry analysis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code _541511_and size standard of _700_. The requirements are to be delivered by _5/01/02_, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center D ivision Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items and 52-212-5.
