The Fleet and Indstrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting Department (FISC), Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with the Council for Occupational Education for the acquisition of educational services in support of the accrediationa of Navy schools under the command of the Naval Educational & Training Command (NETC) located in Norfolk VA.
