NASA/GRC has a requirement for maintenance on the following Software Licenses: Qty 4 OrCAD Capture(R) CIS Maintenance Qty 3 OrCAD Capture(R) Maintenance Qty 3 PSpice(R) A/D Maintenance Qty 2 OrCAD(R) PCB Designer Professional Maintenance Qty 2 OrCAD(R) PCB Designer Professional Maintenance Qty 1 Allegro(R) PCB Design HDL-L Maintenance Qty 1 Allegro(R) PCB Performance Option-L Maintenance Qty 1 Allegro PCB Routing Option Maintenance Qty 1 Allegro(R) Router Performance Option-L Maintenance Qty 1 Allegro(R) PCB Librarian XL Maintenance Qty 1 Cadence(R) NC-VHDL Simulator Maintenance NASA/GRC intends to purchase the items from EMA Design Automation. This is maintenance renewal for existing software already in use at our Center. EMA is the manufacturer of the software and owns the source code. No other vendor can perform this service. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth and FAR Part 13.
