This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The purpose is to identify sources that are capable of conducting a study on Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS) and test gas exchange, biocompatibility, and lifetime of microfluidic artificial lung devices. Monthly meetings shall be conducted between at least one representative and Ann Arbor Medical staff appointed to this study. Data from the study shall be submitted monthly. Offeror shall submit their plan for conducting the study, plan for submittal of test results .
