The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Space Science is posting an amendment to its Announcement of Opportunity (AO) 03-OSS-02 entitled Small Explorers (SMEX) and Missions of Opportunity, issued February 3, 2003, with proposals due May 2, 2003. The amendment deletes Shuttle launch services from the list of Government furnished equipment (GFE) being offered in this AO.
